Who We Are

We’re a small team of travelers, storytellers, and hosts who believe hostels should feel like home. Bombay Basecamp is our way of creating a space where culture, comfort, and community come together.

Set in a heritage bungalow in Bandra, we’ve created a space that’s intimate, just 10 beds, but filled with character. We’re here for the backpackers who crave more than a cheap bed: people who want to connect, swap stories, and explore Mumbai with a local’s lens.

For us, community isn’t an afterthought. It is the core of everything we do. From walking tours and pub crawls to lazy evenings in the loft, we design experiences that bring people together. Because at the end of the day, what you remember about a city isn’t just the landmarks, it’s the people you met along the way.

Bombay Basecamp is our way of creating that magic in Mumbai.
